These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of Be Seen & Social from Passion to Pocket (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing Be Seen & Social, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Your Booking

Your place on Be Seen & Social is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

The programme, content, resources and access provided are as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Your purchase is for your individual use only and may not be transferred to another person without our prior

written agreement.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be completely clear about the commitment you are making before purchasing.

Once your place has been booked, we may have committed time, resources and costs to providing the programme and your place may have been reserved specifically for you.

For this reason, bookings are generally non-refundable once the programme has commenced or once access to the programme materials has been provided, except where you have a legal right to a refund or cancellation under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

If you believe you have a legal right to cancel or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where digital content or programme access is provided immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly agree to this before accessing the content and to acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.

3. Your Access

Your access to Be Seen & Social is personal to you.

You must not:

• share your login details or access with another person;

• allow another person to attend in your place without our permission;

• copy, reproduce or distribute programme materials;

• share recordings, videos, workbooks, templates or other resources outside the programme;

• upload any programme materials to social media, websites, membership platforms or file-sharing services;

• sell, licence, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the programme.

We reserve the right to withdraw access where we reasonably believe that programme materials or access have been shared or misused.

4. Intellectual Property

All content supplied as part of Be Seen & Social remains the intellectual property of Passion to Pocket and/or its relevant content creators.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• workbooks;

• worksheets;

• templates;

• videos;

• recordings;

• presentations;

• training materials;

• written content;

• graphics;

• frameworks;

• strategies;

• exercises;

• prompts;

• social media resources; and

• any other materials supplied as part of the programme.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning and business development.

It does not give you ownership of the materials or permission to reproduce, distribute, sell or teach them to others.

5. Group Sessions & Community

Where Be Seen & Social includes live sessions, a Facebook group, community or other group environment, you agree to participate respectfully.

You must not share another participant’s personal information, business information or contributions outside the programme without their permission.

We reserve the right to remove access to a group or community where a participant behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Recordings

Where live sessions are recorded, recordings may be made available to participants for their personal use as part of the programme.

Recordings and any associated materials remain the intellectual property of Passion to Pocket and must not be downloaded, copied, shared, published or distributed outside the programme unless we give you written permission.

If you do not wish to appear on a recording, please let us know before the relevant session.

7. Results & Responsibility

Be Seen & Social provides education, guidance, ideas and practical strategies designed to help you improve your visibility and use social media more effectively.

However, we cannot guarantee any particular level of followers, engagement, leads, sales, income or business results.

Your results will depend on a range of factors, including your individual circumstances, implementation, consistency, market, offer and actions taken.

You remain responsible for decisions made in relation to your own business.

8. Programme Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme where necessary, including changes to session dates, speakers, delivery methods or specific content.

Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of any significant changes and will endeavour to ensure that the overall value and purpose of the programme is maintained.

9. Our Legal Responsibilities

We will provide the programme with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with what has been described on the sales page.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Questions & Complaints

If you have a question, concern or complaint about Be Seen & Social, please contact Passion to Pocket directly and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
